everything in our home is brand new We just finished a full remodel including the kitchen, bathroom, floors, windows, and furnishings. Our home is a 600 sq ft one bedroom apartment on the top floor. It is in a residential neighborhood with wonderful neighbors who are always riding their bikes and walking their dogs. We are 1 mile from Downtown Long Beach and 0.5 miles to the beach. Enjoy the convenience of city living with the ambiance of a tree-lined residential neighborhood.
