there are three buildings on the property site I will be occupying the coach house, which is above the 3 car garage and the beach house by the water. I will be staying on the site and can be reached at anytime during your stay to address any questions about the property, or any questions about what to do in Vancouver.
house rules
there is a strict no "loud" partying rule at cotton cove Dinner parties, bbq's and having fun between guests staying at Cotton Cove is allowed and is more than welcomed. If you would like to invite additional outside day or overnight guests, they must be registered prior to their arrival. As well a $100 daily guest fee per person per day is charged for day guests even if they are on the premises for only a short duration. Additional evening guests are $125 per person per night.

overtly loud music outdoors is not allowed at any time There is a strict no music policy outdoors past 9pm.

there is no smoking allowed in the house Smoking is allowed on the premises, but all waste must be disposed of in a proper manner that will be discussed upon arrival.

swimming pool guidelines:
1 hours of use are seasonal
o june 1 – september1 from 9am-9pm pool use is complimentary with your booking; pool is heated to 27 degrees celsius or 82 degress fahrenheit
- from october 1 - october 20th, we charge $$65 can per day to heat the pool, with a minimum 2 day heating fee
- from october 21st - april 30th, we charge $200 can per day to heat the pool, with a minimum 2 day heating fee
- from may 1s - may 31st, we charge $65 can per day to heat the pool, with a minimum 2 day heating fee
2 rules

o children must be attended to at all times
o do no step or hang onto the blue cover or any part of it
o do not urinate in the pool
o please use the provided plastic cups when in and around the pool area
when outside daily average temperatures are 15 degrees celsius or 60 degrees fahrenheit, the pool is heated to a set temperature of 26 degrees celsius or 79 degrees fahrenheit and cannot be adjusted
please be aware that we do not provide shampoo, conditioner or shower soap We do provide hand soap, hand towels, and bath towels.
if you have additional overnight guests or day guests, they must be registered before arrival Please note we have day/night motion detection security cameras monitoring and recording all entry points to the property.
when it’s time for check out (11am), please ensure that the property is cleaned and left the way it was when you arrived This includes and is not limited to washing and putting away all the dishes and cutlery, and putting away the garbage and recycling. Due to a short turnover period between guests, our cleaning staff may arrive on site at 10am.
you don’t have to worry about the sheets or the towels, we will wash them before the next set of guests arrive

other things to note
for film shoots, we charge a $100 per person fee This fee includes and is not limited to actors, makeup artists, production staff, crew members, craft services, wranglers, transport and security. A Mandatory damage deposit of $5000 is required for filming plus a $750 cleaning fee.
there will be gardeners and maintenance crew on site from time to time working on the general upkeep of the property, but there schedules can be altered upon special request
