3 Bedroom House in Demere Park, Saint Simons Island
Our second home is nestled into a quiet cul de sac off the beaten path yet with an easy two and one half block walk to the beach. We're also a short walk to the pier and all the shops downtown. Since this is our second home, we've done our best to include all the "stuff" needed for daily living - pots and pans. iron, slow cooker, beach toys, skateboards, board games, towels, outdoor grills (both gas and charcoal)....
we also have a whole house water filter - no need to buy bottled water! and the water gets heated by an on demand gas water heater
the home has three bedrooms The master has a kingsized bed and bath. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and the third bedroom has a bunkbed with a full sized bed, a trundle with a twin size mattress, and the top bunk is also a twin size. There is even a rollaway bed in the closet for more guests! The second bathroom is in the hallway between the second and third bedrooms..
