“Super Host”. Quiet neighborhood. Five minute walking distance to beach and downtown. Avalon is a quaint and relaxing property for when you need to escape the stress of the world.
an “old florida” style lanai leads you to your front door Once inside the living area and kitchen share a space divided with the kitchen counter bar. Big screen tv is viewable from both spaces. A thru-the-wall air conditioner is located in the bedroomof this unit. The kitchen is equipped with a convection microwave and induction cooktops. Cupboards are equipped to cook and eat in your vacation apartment. An LG washer/dryer combo is available for your small laundry needs while on vacation. Continuing thru the apartment just past the kitchen, to your bedroom, you have your closet and bathroom on your right and your bed on the left. There is a door out of the bedroom to the backyard area. We are a tobacco free property.

venice island is full of beautiful tropical plants and historical architecture Endless walks on the beach. (You might even catch a sea turtle laying eggs or hatching). Wonderful eateries, some with live music are within walking distance. It is definitely the opposite of a party town. Most the shops close by 5. Wonderful unique shopping options.
venice island is a planned pedestrian community The public bus is not far away. There is tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts close by. There is street parking close by for any guests that at come to visit. Biking is a big part of Venice and there are wonderful trails for biking going North and South from Venice. Bicycles International will deliver your bike rentals for your stay if you would like to arrange that.
there is free yoga on the beach daily Drumming down the sun is also on Venice Beach. The farmer's market is about a block away and you are just 2 blocks from downtown shopping. The island offers lots of beautiful walks with a few “secret” gardens to find. Each unit is entitled to 1 parking space only. There may be additional parking by request. There is street parking nearby.
