Nicely updated and well-maintained condo in the popular Our Place at the Beach community that offers a great outdoor pool and a short walk to the beach. This condo offers two bedrooms, two full-bathrooms and an open living area. The living area features a large living room with two sleep-sofas, dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen. There is a private, screened-in porch off of the living area that is a great place to relax and unwind after a long day at the beach. The first bedroom features a queen-sized bed, television and an ensuite full-bathroom. The second bedroom features a twin-over-full bunk-bed with an additional twin trundle-bed and a television. The second full-bathroom is centrally located and easily accessible from throughout the condo. Community amenities include onsite parking, short walk to the beach, outside shower and one of the largest pools in Ocean City. Restaurants, shopping, parks and more are all nearby. Come make some memories at the beach with Coastal Life Vacations. Linen and towel package included with reservation. Management fee includes Damage Waiver for $1000 in accidental damage coverage. cancellation policy
all cancellations shall be in writing Management fees are non-refundable. Reservations canceled more than sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 100% refund less aforementioned fees. Reservations canceled more than thirty (30) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund less aforementioned fees. No refunds will be provided for reservations canceled thirty (30) days or less prior to the check-in date. No refunds will be provided if Guest does not take occupancy of the Property. A transfer to another Property at Guest’s request will be treated as a cancellation. Reinstatement of a canceled Reservation is subject to additional management fees. the reservation will be in effect upon
receipt of initial required deposit payment and the applicable cancellation policy will apply at that time
