the property offers four en-suite bedrooms, three bedrooms in the villa open out through sliding doors onto the veranda around pool The 5th bedroom is a self contained apartment with patio and kitchenette. The living room in the villa opens up onto the veranda through large sliding doors making a beautifully huge spacious living area with 2 dining areas and comfortable seating overlooking the pool.

guests pay for their own food supplies directly with the local supermarket However, deliveries from the local supermarket can be arranged at no extra cost from us prior to guests arrival, guests are required to settle their bill with the shop directly as soon as they have had a chance to settle in. This can be done in person or online. Before your arrival we send you a list of menu options to choose from, and help our guests with preparing a list of produce for delivery.

guests will be given a beach pass on arrival to access our private resident's beach which is a 10 minutes walk the other side of the golf course The beach is lined with magnificent almond trees with stone table and chairs offering shade from the sun. The beach is a white sandy beach with turquoise blue sea, and is very safe for swimming. Guests can relax with a good book in the sun lounge chairs. The chairs are available for an extra fee USD3 per chair per day to be paid directly to the beach staff who maintain the beach to a high standard.
