this top floor newly decorated and furnished condo has a view of the johns pass village/boardwalk and intercoastal waterway to enjoy the morning sunrise on your private balcony The unit was recently updated with new cabinetry and rich granite in the kitchen and both bathrooms. New tile throughout the living area and bathrooms. The master bath has an exquisite walk-in shower. The kitchen is nicely equipped. There are 3 flatscreen TV's and are equipped with cable boxes for easy surfing as well as free internet access. The master bedroom opens up to the balcony to enjoy beach life to the fullest. The property includes a heated pool and gas grills for guest use. A short walk under the bridge is a great asset for the unit. Walk directly from your unit to the beach and never have to cross a street to get there. If you come by taxi, you never really need a car. There is a trolly that stops right at the parking lot steps from the unit, that travels all over Madeira Beach. Take the water taxi that goes to many stops in the area. Don't forget to eat at our favorite restaurant Bubba Gump right in front of the complex. The pool is on the beach side and has lots of seating area.

we provide the following We provide a minimum of amenities, Bring your favorite shower and hair Soaps. We provide 4 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 soaps for dishwasher, hand soap, and dish soap. We provide linens and towels.
we have codes for getting into the unit, so call/text and give us your time of arrival, if before 4 pm. check-in time, you pay $50. fee. You then can arrive at 1 p.m.

The linens, towels, bed sheets, etc. are washed per manufacturers guidelines. We are also stocking our condo with essential disinfectants and supplies to help you follow the CDC’s guidelines. We look forward to welcoming you to our condo and hosting your stay. We even sanitize the pet bed.

5) What are the instructions/expectations for check out? Usually there a specific things renters are requested to do prior to checking out. Take trash out and start dishwasher. Take your things home with you. $50.min. to ship back. Cleaners will leave in the office.
