Enjoy the slower, "beach life" pace at this centrally-located, sea-side retreat. Just one block from beach access, this unit is right in the center of anything you could want. Take a leisurely stroll across the street to enjoy a walk in the surf. Enjoy a relaxing bike ride less than 2 blocks to many popular restaurants, and half a mile from all the happenings of Jacksonville Beach Pier. If you are looking for golf or a day at the spa, you are only a 10 minute ride away from Ponte Vedra Beach.
this is a two bedroom unit that is part of a bigger building - we own all four units You will have private free parking in from of the building and a short walk around to the corner to the stairs. This unit is on the end of the building closest to the patio. Each bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, fully stocked with linens, room to store clothing and the kitchen is fully stocked.

we warmly welcome 4 legged canine friends No cats please. (they don't like the beach!)
there is a pet fee of $100 per pet for up to 7 days and $10 per day per pet for each day after When you reserve, please be sure to indicate if you will have animals with you. This is REQUIRED. By booking with your dog(s) you are agreeing that you have reviewed our following guidelines and agree to them.
maximum allowed is 2 dogs under 20 lbs or 1 dog under 40 lbs.
