the property is superbly decorated throughout, featuring 3 large bedrooms, spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen and boasting a private courtyard for outdoor entertaining Free WIFI & Netflix is also provided.

There is cafe across the street and a little shopping centre only a few hundred meters up the road with a Foodland, pharmacy, post office, hairdresser etc. A mix of holiday renters and permanent residences surrounding. Being respectful of noise and neighbours is very important. Likewise, Glenelg is a busy place and the location of this house lends itself to the vibrant suburban buzz from the area.
getting around:
a few strides across the street to a handful of cute cafes, local retaliers and quiet pubs sprinked along "the broadway" Or slightly further on (about a 10 min walk) to "Jetty Road" main street, Glenelg shopping precinct with shops, cafes, bars, restaurant, fashion and the tram to travel into Adelaide CBD (30 min). 15 min drive to the Airport. 5 mins drive to Somerton Park Tennis. 35 min drive to lovely McLaren Vale vineyards and 1 hr + 20 mins drive to Barossa Valley.
