video disclosure: there are 3 video surveillance cameras on the property for the security of our guests This is by no way an intrusion on our guests, but rather an extra level of protection and security to protect our guests. One camera is located outside the front door, another overlooks the driveway, and one looks over the garbage bins on the side of the house. All look out over public places.
*pool heat: the pool can be heated for an additional charge of $200 per day for the duration of your stay Because of the massive size of this pool, it takes 2 heaters to heat this pool. The heating fee just covers the extra utilities required to heat the pool. The heat fee is charged separately after your booking is secured and must be paid in full prior to check-in. This fee is waived for bookings exceeding $1500 nightly.
there is no extra charge for heating the hot tub
**water slide: we want all of our guests to enjoy the waterslide safely! before guests are given access to this feature, a signed waiver needs to be on file with the host.
