- playa is growing, and there’s ongoing construction nearby You’re likely to hear construction noise during working hours, Monday through Saturday, from 8 am to 6 pm.
- there is no parking at the complex but a nearby lot charges by the day You can also park on the street. Just remember to pay the parking meter (from 10 am to 10 pm) and display your ticket.
- travelers must be at least 21 years old to book

- guests might be required to present an official id at check-in or during the stay
