Summary: We ended up staying at another property, because of a problem with the AC at Kona Plaza. Response was quick, professional and friendly when we called the emergency line to report this. Fortunately there were options for staying at another property within the the Elite Pacific group and we were able to check into the alternate property within an hour. Second property was beautiful.
