noise policy:
our apartment is fitted with a noise monitor The neighbours around us are permanent residents and it is important their condo's are also kept peaceful and respected. We always follow strict noise council regulations of strict quiet hours from 10pm and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Strictly no parties or gathering are to be held in this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds and loss of security charge hold bond.
currently the second bedroom vent for the aircon is situated in the adjoining laundry, therefore the laundry door will need to remain open for aircon to flow into the second bedroom
