The 400-square-foot, glass-enclosed deck, the lower-level patio, and the large grassy yard all provide spacious areas for outdoor activities. The 2,700-square-foot living area includes two levels with three bedrooms and two baths, as well as a separate daylight basement apartment with a bedroom and bath. Both areas are comfortably furnished and well-stocked. They may be rented together or separately to accommodate up to 12 guests; please refer to the individual listings for Unit A and Unit B.
